The problem

Why do most GoHighLevel accounts sit half built?

Because the platform is sold to agencies and built for agencies. HighLevel's own pricing page describes its Unlimited plan as "built for growing agencies" and its Agency Pro plan as "ideal for SaaSPRENEURs and agencies looking to go SaaS." A dentist, a roofer or a loan officer who signs up directly gets the same account an agency gets, with a phone system to register, an AI receptionist to prompt, workflows to wire and a calendar to connect, and no one whose job it is to do that.

The pieces that make money are the ones that need the most setup. A2P registration alone has its own fourteen-article section in HighLevel's help center, and the platform notes that phone charges "still apply to all phone calls regardless of plan." Voice AI needs an agent, a prompt, a number routed to it and a call-forwarding timeout set low enough that callers do not hit voicemail first. Your GoHighLevel subscription and usage are paid by you, to HighLevel, in your own account. We do not resell the platform or mark up its usage. How much does GoHighLevel setup cost?+

Can you set up Voice AI so it answers all my calls?+

Yes. We build the agent, assign your number to it, route inbound call flow to Voice AI and set the call-forwarding timeout low so callers never hit voicemail first, which HighLevel's own documentation says will stop the agent from answering. Will you handle A2P registration?+

Yes, and it is usually the first thing we do, because texts do not send until it is approved. We register the brand and campaign, write the opt-in form to the carrier rules HighLevel documents (separate marketing and non-marketing consent boxes, no pre-checked boxes, privacy and terms links in the footer), and fix rejections if they come back. You supply the business documents; the registration is in your name.

Do you work with agencies as well as businesses?+

Yes. Agencies hire us to set up client sub-accounts to a standard, faster than an in-house team can, and to build the Voice AI and workflow pieces their clients ask for.
