GoHighLevel pricing: what HighLevel really costs in 2026

GoHighLevel has three published plans: Starter at $97 a month with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited at $297 with unlimited sub-accounts, and Agency Pro at $497 with SaaS Mode. Paid yearly they cost $970, $2,970 and $4,970. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users and a 14-day free trial. Phone numbers, texts, calls, email and AI are billed on top by usage, so a single business on Starter typically pays more than $97. Below: every plan and add-on from HighLevel's own pricing page, the usage rates, a worked monthly bill, AI Employee and white label pricing, and which plan fits.

The short version

  • Plans: Starter $97 a month (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited $297 (unlimited sub-accounts), Agency Pro $497 (adds SaaS Mode). Enterprise is quoted.
  • Yearly billing: $970, $2,970 and $4,970, which works out to two months free on each plan.
  • Usage is extra: a local number is $1.15 a month, a US text segment $0.00747 plus carrier fees, email $0.675 per 1,000.
  • AI Employee: pay per use, $50 a month (Growth) or $97 a month (Unlimited) per sub-account that uses it.
  • No contract: month to month, with a 14-day free trial that bills automatically unless you cancel.

What are the GoHighLevel pricing plans?

Three self-serve plans and a quoted Enterprise plan. The difference that matters most is sub-accounts: HighLevel's own FAQ says "the primary difference is the number of 'Sub-Accounts' you can manage." A sub-account is the workspace for one business or one client. These are the plans as HighLevel's pricing page lists them, read September 30, 2026:

PlanMonthlyYearlySub-accountsWhat the plan adds
Starter$97$9703Unlimited contacts and users, 24/7 support, all core features. HighLevel calls it "Perfect for smaller businesses and solo marketers."
Unlimited$297$2,970UnlimitedEverything in Starter, plus rebilling phone and email to clients with no markup and basic API access.
Agency Pro$497$4,970UnlimitedEverything in Unlimited, plus SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling phone and email with markup, user and agent reporting, advanced API access.
EnterpriseQuoted by HighLevel's sales teamCustom"Designed for high volume businesses & agencies."

Yearly billing saves $194 on Starter, $594 on Unlimited and $994 on Agency Pro against twelve monthly payments, which is our arithmetic from the listed prices. HighLevel's help center adds that plans are "*Subject to change," so check the pricing page on the day you sign up.

What do you get on the GoHighLevel Starter plan?

The full core platform for up to 3 businesses. HighLevel's FAQ says the Agency Starter "includes 3 Sub-Accounts, making it perfect for a single business owner or a new agency," and that on all plans "you get unlimited contacts and unlimited users (team members)." The core features listed for every plan include the CRM and pipelines, website and funnel builder, booking calendars, email and SMS marketing, inbound and outbound calling, unified conversations, workflow automation, forms and surveys, reputation management, payments and invoicing, and the HighLevel mobile app.

What Starter does not include: rebilling phone and email costs to clients, which starts on Unlimited, and SaaS Mode, which is only on Agency Pro. A business using HighLevel for itself rarely needs either. An agency with a fourth client has to move to Unlimited; HighLevel says that if you upgrade mid-month, "you will only be charged the prorated difference."

How much does GoHighLevel cost per month, with usage?

The plan price plus what you use. HighLevel's pricing FAQ says there are "usage-based costs for telecommunications and AI services," including "charges for phone numbers, SMS (text messaging), emails sent, and premium AI usage," paid from a prepaid agency wallet that refills from your card. Its phone guide says the rates match Twilio's. These are the main US rates, from HighLevel's help center:

UsageUS rate, per HighLevel
Local phone number$1.15 a month ($2.15 toll-free)
Text message (SMS)$0.00747 per segment, sent or received, plus a carrier fee of $0.0035 to $0.0050 per outbound segment depending on the carrier
Inbound call answered in the app$0.01165 a minute; partial minutes round up
Outbound call$0.0166 a minute
Inbound call forwarded to your cell$0.02 a minute (both legs are billed)
Email$0.675 per 1,000 emails
A2P texting registration$22.50 one time, then $1.50 to $10.50 a month per campaign for low volume

A worked month for one business on Starter (our arithmetic from the rates above): one local number, 1,000 outbound text segments, 300 minutes of inbound calls answered in the app, and 5,000 emails. That is $97 + $1.15 + $7.47 in texts + $3.50 to $5.00 in carrier fees + $3.50 in calls + $3.38 in email + $1.50 to $10.50 for the texting campaign, or about $118 to $128 a month, plus the one-time $22.50 registration. Add $97 if you turn on AI Employee Unlimited, covered next.

GoHighLevel AI Employee pricing

AI Employee is HighLevel's bundle of AI tools: Conversation AI for chat and texts, Voice AI for phone calls, Reviews AI and Content AI. HighLevel's AI pricing article, updated September 28, 2026, lists three ways to pay, each per sub-account that uses it:

AI planPriceWhat it covers, per HighLevel
Pay-per-useNo monthly feeUsage billed at token cost; the default for any sub-account not on a plan
AI Employee Growth$50 a monthMonthly limits, including 1,000 Conversation AI agent responses and 100 Voice AI agent minutes
AI Employee Unlimited$97 a monthUnlimited Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI, "subject to fair use"

One catch for anyone planning an AI receptionist: HighLevel's pricing guide says "Phone System charges still apply to phone calls, even when Voice AI (Inbound) is covered under the AI Employee Unlimited subscription." So a Voice AI agent answering 300 minutes a month still adds the per-minute call rate above. The AI article also asks agencies to "confirm the current in-app pricing and billing settings first" before quoting it, which we pass on. How the Voice AI agent itself is set up is in our GoHighLevel Voice AI guide.

GoHighLevel white label pricing

White labeling the web app comes with the platform; the paid pieces are SaaS Mode and the branded mobile apps. HighLevel's FAQ says you can "white-label the desktop web app, meaning your clients see your logo and branding when they log in, not HighLevel's." Reselling HighLevel as your own software, with sign-up and billing handled for you, is SaaS Mode, which is only on Agency Pro at $497 a month. The optional add-ons HighLevel lists, most of which it says "can be resold with your own markup in the Agency Pro plan":

Add-onPrice, per HighLevel's pricing page
White label mobile app$497 a month
Branded client portal app$49 a month per sub-account
Premium support$500 a month
HIPAA compliance$297 a month
SEO (powered by Search Atlas)$79 a month per sub-account
Dedicated email IP$59 a month per IP
Online listings management$30 a month per sub-account
Premium prospecting tool$29 a month per sub-account
WhatsApp integration$10 a month per sub-account
WordPress hostingFrom $10 a month per site

Premium support buys faster answers from HighLevel's own team; what standard support covers is in our guide to GoHighLevel support.

Is there a GoHighLevel free trial?

Yes, 14 days on any plan. HighLevel says you get "full access to the features of your chosen tier" during the trial. Two conditions from the same page: "Billing begins automatically at the end of any free trial unless canceled," and "usage-based fees for telecommunications or third-party services may apply during the trial," so texts and calls you test with are billed. There is no long-term contract; HighLevel says you can "upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time directly from your dashboard."

Which GoHighLevel plan should you choose?

You arePlanWhy
One business using it for your own leadsStarter, $97One sub-account is all you need; the other two can hold a test copy or a second location.
An agency with up to 3 clientsStarter, $97Fits, but you pay the clients' usage and cannot rebill it through HighLevel.
An agency with 4 or more clientsUnlimited, $297Unlimited sub-accounts, and clients' phone and email usage can be rebilled at cost.
An agency reselling HighLevel as its own softwareAgency Pro, $497SaaS Mode, automated sign-up, and markup on rebilled usage and most add-ons.

The subscription is the smaller cost for most businesses. The bigger one is time: the phone number and A2P registration, the calendars, pipelines, forms and follow-up workflows all have to be built before HighLevel does anything for you.

LeadSixty, listed last because it is ours. We set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts for businesses and agencies, from $499 for setup with the final price on a call, including the phone number, A2P registration, Voice AI receptionist and follow-up workflows. The cons: our fee is on top of HighLevel's subscription and usage, which you pay HighLevel directly, and if you enjoy building in HighLevel yourself you do not need us. LeadSixty is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel, Inc.
