Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This policy explains how LeadSixty ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit leadsixty.com, use the LeadSixty CRM, or message a business that uses LeadSixty on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or a website chat. Questions: hello@leadsixty.com.
Who is responsible for your data
When you contact a business that uses LeadSixty, that business decides why and how your data is used, and LeadSixty processes it on its behalf to run the conversation and its follow up. For our own website, our own sales conversations and accounts in the LeadSixty CRM, LeadSixty is responsible.
What we collect
- Contact details you share or that the messaging platform provides: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and your WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram profile name.
- Conversation content: the messages, photos, voice notes and files you send, and the replies sent to you.
- How the conversation started: if you tapped an ad, the ad and a click reference supplied by Meta; for website chat, the page you were on and any campaign tags in its link.
- Details you give during the conversation, such as the product or service you are interested in, and any appointments you book.
- CRM account data for people who sign in to LeadSixty: name, email, a securely hashed password, and devices where notifications are turned on.
- Website usage: our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, including with automated (AI) replies, and to pass the conversation to a person when needed.
- To follow up, arrange appointments and send reminders you would reasonably expect.
- To route your enquiry to the right member of the business's team.
- To measure which ads and pages bring enquiries, and to keep our services secure and working.
We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us deliver the service, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger and Instagram) to send and receive messages, and to report ad results back to the advertiser.
- Our hosting, database and email delivery providers.
- AI model providers, where a business uses automated replies, to generate responses.
- The business you contacted, and its team members who handle your enquiry.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and contact data for as long as the business needs it to serve you, or until you ask us to delete it. CRM account data is kept while the account is active.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access inside the CRM is limited by role so team members only see what their business allows.
Your choices and rights
- You can stop messages at any time by telling the business in the chat, or by blocking the number or account.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@leadsixty.com.
How to delete your data
Email hello@leadsixty.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the phone number, WhatsApp number, email or social account you used to contact us or the business. We will confirm your request and delete your contact details and conversations, unless we must keep something to meet a legal obligation, in which case we will tell you what and why.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
